- Get in the gym 2-3 days a week for a 50 minute work out
- Don't commit to a serious diet change. Start with the water bottle diet and then snack replacement.
- Slow & Steady when first starting back - muscles, ligaments and tendons will all need some time to gain strength
- Invest your gym time wisely
- Don't buy diet product, they only distract you from the key issue which is your decision making.
